Mr. Ruehle has 35 years of experience in design, construction documentation, administration and management. He has been President of various engineering consulting firms for the past 21 years. He also has experience in interior design including design of new and evaluation of existing power conditioning systems including voltage regulation and electrical transient and noise suppression systems; ground systems; fiber and copper data/computer interconnect systems; power generation systems; detention centers; laboratory and high-tech facilities; hotels and various housing projects; hospitals and health care facilities; educational and commercial buildings; and fire alarm, security, telephone, sequence control, and high and low voltage distribution and branch wiring systems. His exterior experience includes the design and evaluation of new and existing high, medium, and low voltage overhead and underground distribution and switching systems; recreational parks and sports facilities; street and parking area lighting; and grounding systems.

Mr. Graham has 14 years experience in the engineering/design of mechanical building systems, project management, construction documentation and administration. He is versed in all fields of mechanical design including but not limited to plumbing, process piping, fire protection, HVAC, specialty exhaust, laboratory design, energy management and control systems. His experience includes new construction and remodel/renovation of multiple facilities involving Education (secondary and higher education), Food Services, Hospital and Healthcare, Laboratory and High Tech, Data communication, Commercial, Hotel and Housing, and Detention. He has specialized training including building design for LEED, existing mechanical system analysis, indoor air quality, energy efficiency compliance, technical assistance reporting, life cycle costing, system compatibility studies and energy analysis/audits. Mr. Graham, as Principal Mechanical Engineer, implements the design efforts of the team to finalize construction documents ensuring design quality and that continuity is continued through construction, while maintaining client liaison.

Mr. Pielhau has 31 years of experience in the Electrical field with over 26 years experience in Electrical design and project management. His experience in design includes a wide range of systems: Lighting, power, sound, grounding, voice/data, fire detection and intrusion alarms. He has been involved in the lighting, power, Emergency Power Distribution System, generator paralleling, and special system design for a large variety of projects including hospital and healthcare facilities; waste water treatment plants; educational facilities; government projects; church and multi-purpose buildings; recreational and sports centers; correctional and law enforcement facilities; manufacturing and commercial buildings; fiber and copper data/computer interconnect systems; high tech laboratory facilities; and numerous others. His exterior experience includes the design of medium voltage overhead and underground distribution systems and lighting design for street parking areas, baseball/softball fields, soccer/football fields, tennis courts, skate parks and parks.

Mr. Perea has over 35 years of professional experience in the Electrical field, including the design of electronic systems such as interior and exterior area lighting, fire alarms, security alarms, lightning protection, grounding shielding, and computer distributions and communication. He has provided electrical design, project management, quality assurance, and on-site observation for a variety of projects for public agencies and private clients. Projects have included offices, hospitals, schools, research and development laboratories, telephone exchange buildings, universities, industrial facilities, housing projects, and correctional institutions.

Mr. Pomeroy has 20 years experience in both hand and Cad Drafting (AutoCAD and Intergraph-Microstation). His Electrical and Life Safety Design experience includes numerous new and remodeling projects. He has been responsible for the development of accurate and understandable drawing packages for projects that include: laboratory and high-tech facilities; tool hook-up design; hospitals and health care facilities; educational and commercial buildings; housing projects; libraries and museums; recreational facilities; street and parking lot lighting; grounding, fire alarm, security, telephone, data/computer inter-connections, and distribution and branch wiring systems. He has been responsible for determining probable construction cost estimates for various phases of both new and remodeling construction projects. Mr. Pomeroy has over five years experience working at Intel Corporation on various types of projects.

Mr. Weber has 22 years experience in both hand and Cad Drafting (AutoCAD and Intergraph-Microstation). His Electrical Design experience includes numerous new and remodeling projects. He has been responsible for the development of accurate and understandable drawing packages for projects that include: laboratory and high-tech facilities; tool hook-up design; hospitals and health care facilities; educational and commercial buildings; housing projects; recreational facilities; street and parking lot lighting; grounding, fire alarm, security, telephone, data/computer inter-connections, and distribution and branch wiring systems. He has been responsible for determining probable construction cost estimates for various phases of both new and remodeling construction projects. Mr. Weber has over six and one-half years experience working at Intel Corporation on various types of projects.

Mr. Royce has 7 years of experience in the engineering and management of mechanical design projects related to the construction of commercial, municipal and government buildings from initial concept through owner acceptance. Engineering tasks include project scoping/programming, project/construction cost estimating, building system selection, building load analysis, building energy analysis, system life cycle costing and building/energy code compliance. Management tasks include project scheduling, manpower scheduling, manpower supervision, consultant coordination and client expectation administration.

Mr. Ablin has over 11 years experience in design and construction documentation in the Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning industry with an emphasis in the design of HVAC, fire protection and plumbing systems for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings. He has extensive experience in office buildings, restaurants, and retail stores. His major projects have included Schools, Churches and Health Care Facilities.

Mr. Higgins has extensive HVAC and plumbing experience in cost estimating, construction administration and system design for both new and renovations of commercial buildings. He has extensive experience managing contractors through the construction process of renovations for Albuquerque Public Schools which he has done total design for.
Mr. Higgins has also taught classes at Central New Mexico Community College in the areas of system design which covers psychometrics, heating and cooling load calculations, duct design and mechanical system design techniques.

Mr. Sanchez has spent the past over 45 years in the design and engineering of mechanical systems. His responsibilities have included system evaluations, cost estimating, the layout and design of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, exhaust systems, associated heating/cooling piping systems, and plumbing systems, from the conceptual design stage through the completed construction bid documents.
Mr. Sanchez has been involved with the design and engineering of the following types of mechanical systems: High and low velocity pressure ductwork, low to high capacity air handling systems and equipment, total energy and cogeneration, steam heating and cooling from central plant, low/medium/high temperature water heating, chilled water, local and industrial ventilation, refrigeration, control of gaseous contaminants, automatic controls, sound and vibration control, snow melting, testing and balancing, and fire and smoke control.

Mr. Pisz has 17 years of experience in design and construction documentation. He is highly knowledgeable in the design, coordination and completion of projects involving HVAC for retail and commercial projects, including systems with variable air volume, evaportative cooling, DX refrigerant piping, chilled and hot water systems, split systems, constant volume package units, kitchen exhaust, make-up air and clean room design. He has worked with Code Officials and Contractors to resolve construction issues. Mr. Pisz has extensive knowledge of Building and Energy Codes. He is also able to review and comment on submittals and shop drawings.
